What is Tiny House Retreats?

We offer high quality treatments in your own home. We set up a spa sanctuary in your own personal space for you to relax and unwind and totally immerse yourself in your treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking please provide at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer this time to another client. By giving us as much notice as possible, we can be flexible in return and allow you to re-book your appointment with no penalisation.

Can I book online?

Yes! We try and make the whole booking process for your treatment as easy as possible, that is why you can make a booking on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a time that works for you.

Can anyone book? Is there a minimum age?

As long as you are over the age of 18 and reside in our service area, anyone is welcome to book a treatment with Tiny House Retreats. We have clients of varying ages and genders which we welcome equally.

What areas do you service?

We cover all of Cambridgeshire and some neighbouring areas close to the county borders in Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire. Please see our service areas page for more information.

Who will come to my house?

In almost all instances, Jane - founder and owner of Tiny House Retreats - will be greeting you at your door and indulging you in your spa experience. You will always be informed and advised as to who will be attending your appointment in advance.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Wear comfortable clothing that can easily be removed during your treatment. Loose garments or robes are ideal. Think about the type of clothing you like to relax in.

Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?

Please don’t. The whole ethos behind Tiny House Retreats is allowing yourself to unwind with minimal effort. As long as there is space for a massage table (if you are having a body or face treatment) then the magic can be created.

Will you discuss the pressure of my massage?

Yes! Your therapist will always spend a few moments discussing your needs and any areas you particularly want to focus on - including the pressure of your massage.

What if I fall asleep during my treatment?

Then the job of relaxing and unwinding you has been done. Success.

Do you need help setting anything up?

No. This is all done for you. We suggest you use the time while your retreat is being set up to take a relaxing bath or have a quiet cup of tea.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes, you can! You can arrange a gift voucher for any treatment or a denomination of your choice to allow the gift recipient complete flexibility to choose something themselves. See our gift vouchers page for more information.

What do you provide?

We provide everything you need to immerse yourself in the spa experience; a heated massage table, cosy blankets, fluffy towels, aromatherapy oils, soft candle light and soothing sounds to create the ultimate in relaxing ambience.

Do you do pop-ups and events?

Tiny House Retreats makes pop-up appearances on occasion. Check out the upcoming events page to see where we might be next. If you’re interested in having Tiny House Retreats at your next event please contact us directly.

Does the massage/treatment bed have a weight limit?

Our heated massage beds are professional quality and sturdily built and have the capacity to take over 150kg of weight.

Can I book you if I’m staying at a local BnB/holiday let/cottage?

Absolutely. We can set up just about anywhere. We currently service some lovely accommodation in Cambridgeshire and provide treatments to many wonderful guests. See our partnership page for more information.

Do you take group bookings?

A group booking is considered anything more than 4 people. Please get in contact with us via the Group Bookings page to advise us of your group size and/or special event requirements and we’ll get back you you with all the finer details.

We own local accommodations - can we work with you to offer our guests treatments?
