Massages

Discover the healing power of touch and restore balance back in your life.

Massage is one of the oldest methods of healing. Although many people will book in for a massage when their muscles feel tight or when they are under a lot of stress, the benefits to those problems are the tip of the iceberg.

Massage reduces muscle tension, improves circulation and encourages a general feeling of relaxation. It improves your lymphatic, circulatory & nervous systems and enhances recovery.

There are also mental benefits to massage; a relaxed state, a reduction in anxiety levels and an enhancement of the mind-body connection.

Tiny House Retreats offers the flexibility of bringing the spa massage experience to you, in the comfort of your own home and in a time that works with your busy schedule.
